Peanut Butter Oat Cookies - Zero Sugar !

Ingredients: (makes 12-15 cookies)
Bananas - 2-3 large mashed (roughly 1.25 cups of purée)
Zvatra Super Chunky Peanut Butter - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg - 1/4th tsp (optional)
Cinnamon - 1/4th tsp
Rolled oats - 2 cups
Chopped Almond - 1/8th cup (can add more if desired)
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mash the bananas with a fork. You can use a hand blender as well.
Add in the peanut butter and whisk vigorously until combined.
Now sprinkle in the salt, nutmeg and cinnamon and mix again.
Add in the oats and fold together using the spatula.
Then add in almonds and mix again.
Take 1.5-2 tbsps of the mix and form a ball.
Place it on the baking tray and flatten as shown in the video.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 14-15 mins. Cool and serve!
- Ensure to flatten these cookies properly as they don’t spread when baked.
- These cookies are not crunchy, since they contain no flour at all.
- Store these cookies in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
