Peanut Butter Paneer Chilli - So Yummy!

Ingredients:

Onion - 2 cut into chunks

Capsicum - 2 cut into chunks

Paneer - 250 grams (can be substituted with Tofu for Vegan version)

Cornflour - 2-3  tbsp

Zvatra Spicy Chilli Garlic Peanut Butter - 3 tbsp

Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp

Any choice of oil 

Salt, Pepper and Sugar

Spring onion - for garnish

Method:

Cut Paneer into pieces/ cubes. Add some salt, pepper and  1½ to 2 tbsp cornflour to it and mix it well until all the pieces are coated well. 

Fry the coated paneer on a tawa with little oil till it's golden brown. Don’t fry it for too long, otherwise it will become hard. Keep the fried paneer pieces aside.

Take some oil in a pan and add the Spicy Chilli Garlic Peanut Butter and mix it well. Add the cut onions and capsicums and add some salt. Sauté it for a while. 

Add the soy sauce to it along with a little sugar, salt and pepper to balance out the flavours. Mix 1 tsp of Cornflour with water and add it to the pan. This will thicken the mixture into a sauce-like consistency. 

Add the fried paneer pieces to it and mix well till the pieces are covered in sauce. 

Top it with some chopped Spring Onions. Paneer chilly is ready!
